Change
For me, psychotherapy means finding space in a safe environment for things that would otherwise remain unsaid.
It means questioning, understanding and, if necessary, changing one's own attitudes and behaviours. This can happen when we give what would otherwise remain unconscious a chance to reveal itself freely.

ADHD in adults
New perspectives for known struggles
For many adults, an ADHD diagnosis is a mixture of relief and shock.
On the one hand, there is now an explanation, but on the other hand, we are now facing a new challenge.
In my practice I help to navigate through old and new obstacles. We will focus on working with your neurobiology instead of against it, by finding individual approaches that fit your needs. Mostly we will hone in on what feelings go hand in hand with the symptoms you experience and involve them into your perception, self concept, and decision making.

A brief insight into my approach

Understanding & Direction
Together, we will not only shed light on the past. It is about seeing how your experiences relate to the present. I will support you in understanding patterns, experiencing yourself more clearly and making more conscious decisions.
Structure & Freedom
The discussions take place in a free yet structured setting. This support provides space to examine inner turmoil, tension or uncertainty – without getting lost in it.
Change through inner movement
Change can occur when inner connections become visible. This allows you to start breaking new ground from within yourself.
Where you can find me
I work in a group practice in Schöneberg, between Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz. Ring the bell marked ‘Praxis Psychotherapie’ and then again on the second floor at ‘Sonntag’.
